A handful of emails trickled in last night, mid-evening, but I've not received a single one since then.
Bizarrely, one that did arrive last night was from VM saying:
"Congratulations! You have a new rank in the Virgin Media Help & Support Community. You''re shooting through the ranks faster than a packet at 152Mb. Bravo! ... Your new rank is Dialled in. Congrats! We hope you''ll stick around. It''s really nice having you here to keep us company in the community."
What on earth does "Dialled in" mean? And why couldn't VM devote the miniscule bandwidth to delivering me a proper Email?
The children at VM need to grow up, and fast.
