We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues with their email service and are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. Our teams are working flat out to fully restore all emails as soon as possible.
Update 13/07/23 - This has now been resolved. If you are still having issues, please make your own separate post giving as much detail as possible.

Still got problems here too ! Logged into my Outlook account this morning and found 25 emails received from yesterday, none were in chronological order - the most recent received is timed at 22:11. That email was actually posted by the sender at 11:21 yesterday. Since receiving those 25 I haven't received any more and I know that there are more floating around in the ether somewhere ! Nothing more recent is showing in my VM Blueyonder account either.
Service Status on website Home Page is saying
"We are aware of ongoing issues with our Virgin Media email services. Our technician is in your area and is working to fix things. You might find that your Virgin Media Mail isn’t working at the moment. We are sorry and working hard to restore your Mail service as quickly as possible. Please try again later."
But Service Status on My Virgin Media home page is only saying that there is a Broadband issue in my area.
After 20+ years of being a loyal Virgin customer and now paying an exorbitant price to remain so I really do expect better service than this. At the very least I expect to be kept updated.
Dear Virgin Media - this is just not on. It's been well over 24 hours ! Please get this sorted or else there is likely to be a mass migration to another platform - or is this what you want ?
Woke up to find out of the 10k+ emails I had on one account, I now have 12 emails which were sent to this account yesterday only, but duplicated over 55 times. So I now have over 660 emails in my inbox of the same 12 emails. None of my emails prior to yesterday are there (inbox, sent). All gone, disappeared, vanished, erased? Oh, and my other email account has stopped working altogether again. Seriously this is beyond a joke now. I've just been told by CS this will not be 'resolved' for at least another 24 hours!!! Absolutely appalling! 😡😡😡
