Yep, got the same thing, was all working yesterday, logged in today and none stop issues, no incoming emails, and requests for passwords constantly, which are then rejected. Go to webpage and says account is unavailable, locked or you dont have an active account. This is now beyond a joke. The only thing that stops me moving from this company is my emails, time to look at moving all logins to my @gmail account and move away from Virgin, their service is terrible, support even worse, they have really gone downhill in the last couple of years
