I am losing my virgin.net email this week (Wed I think) because it is not linked to an active Virginmedia account. I am in the process of moving things to gmail but is taking a long time.
I do have an active Virginmedia account. Is it still possible to get my virgin.net email attached to that account?

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
