Hi,
How can I delete my primary email account (@blueyonder.co.uk) and use my secondary account (@virginmedia.com) instead? I don’t use the primary account, but I get countless spam and junk emails sent to it.
I have read on this Community that email accounts are deleted about nine months after leaving Virgin Media - I left over 10 years ago (and rejoined about 2 years later) but the @blueyonder.co.uk account is still active. All emails I receive from Virgin Media are sent to my secondary account!
Anyone able to assist please.
