Emails have disappeared

Hi. 

I have just tried to look for an important email from 2020 and whilst the folder is in the email structure, there are no emails.

Having checked other folders this is also the case.

All filed emails no longer exist.

Can I have some help with this please?

If you are using webmail, check that you are not using a filter which hides some emails. If you have checked all the folders including the deleted emails folder then it looks like they really have gone.

VM don't keep backups, they expect users to do this. Might you have filed this important message somewhere?
