since Monday I cannot access my blueyonder email via the virgin log in page, which is how I usually log in on laptop. I can access using my phone/pad, but this does not contain several saved/sent emails which I have conducted using my laptop and have been saved via my laptop. My email address is longer recognised by virgin, since monday, and I have had no contact regarding any changes
