Cannot access blueyonder webmail

I have a ****.****@blueyonder.co.uk email account that I cant access via webmail.  If I try to login via the virginmedia home page (which is what seems to be suggested) I get a message saying "Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media.", but that is my ***@virginmedia.com address (primary account),  If I do log in using the primary account I cant see the @blueyonder account.

The @blueyonder account is active and works on iphone/ipad

  • sc1261 Each VM email address has its own My VM account.  If you are getting that message when trying to sign in to the blueyonder email address it suggests that the account is not linked to your current VM broadband account.  When you sign into the primary account click on Account Settings> Account details and scroll down the page until you see the section Manage other My Virgin media accounts.

When you click on that link is the blueyonder account listed?

If not that is further evidence that the account is orphaned.  This can happen if you move house or have a break in the VM account and don't ensure that a move and transfer of the old account to the new one is carried out.

Thanks Graham. I can’t see the blueyonder account listed when I log in as you suggest. How do I get that fixed?

sc1261 The VM Forum Team staff should be able to investigate this for you when they reach this thread in due course.  They will respond here and probably send you a private message to gather relevant information.
