There was a general email fault, but it was supposed to have been fixed.

How are you checking your email and what messages do you get?

Yes, my email out too. Getting a new message when I trying to access webmail via Chrome, viz: "

This site can’t be reached

Even with VM's appalling history of email "service", that's a new one.

We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue accessing your mail over the last few days. There was a known fault that has since been resolved. 

Can you please try refreshing your browser and making sure you clear cookies and cache. Try again via webmail and update the thread if you're having continued issues. 

Can you also let us know if you are affected on any mail clients or apps too?
