No support in ireland for broadband. Please do something about your irish division.

-no community forum

-no response via twitter

-no responce via whatsapp

-1 hour q on phone

-broken website - a good example is 'setup direct debit' - doesnt work / hangs / broken javascript.

with useless spam chatbot - useless for everything.

Not much they can do. It's a totally different company (although owned by the same parent company Liberty Global).

Some of the criticisms you make of VM Ireland are also an issue here in the UK (people queuing for hours on the phone in particular.)
