How to find my internet usage

How do I find an accurate graph of my usage over my term of contract. I’m wanting to leave virgin but I want to compare the other providers. Every link virgin shows on the forum comes up with an error, The website is tricky to navigate, phoning someone leads to over an hour on the phone which may still end without the answer I want. I just want to simply see what I use over the term and be able to break it down over each month

Can't say I am aware of any VM features or utilities to get this info.

There is a section in the DSAR request form for 'service usage data'

but it's not clear what time period it covers (may be just 3 months)

In the past, VM used to send out marketing info showing alleged usage data on the account (which I have received myself in the past) but the info it contained was wildly inaccurate and random compared to anything I might realistically have ever used. So, even if you do find a way to get info from VM, it may not reflect your real usage in any way at all.

Why do you need to know your data usage in order to switch broadband provider?

The only ISP I am aware of that meters data usage is (the admittedly fab) Andrews and Arnold.

VM used to send out emails with your monthly(?) usage, however, I've not seen one for some time.
