Does anyone out there no how to speak to somone in Virgin Media who ENGLISH I have tried loads of phone calls but keep getting through to a for-en exchange and I can not for the love me understand a word they say please help

There is no direct number to speak to UK based agents. All calls are fed through the same IVR system which allocates the call to the first available agent.
You could try calling at 8am when lines first open and are least busy.
You could also try texting VM on 0753 305 1809 or speak to the team on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112 although you are just as likely to be answered by an offshore agent. Also phone calls take priority and these methods can take 4 to 6 hours.
You could try posting in one of the forums that correspond to the query you would like to discuss with details of the problem and one of the forum team may pick it up in a day or two. They are ulikely to respond in the chatter or natter forums as those forums are for general non VM chat.
