Unable to add tnt sports subscription

Hi all,

Has anyone had issues adding subscriptions to a flex stream box after renewing a contract, I tried adding Tnt sports but get error Ts2/1/2/err_400/302/400 on the box and it doesn't add either via their website.

Tried their chat help and they just raised a complaint for me when I was justvafter a fix, havent heard anything for a week now and just wanted it fixing not a complaint raising.

Spotted some older posts that mentioned up to a month for a fix if anyone can help fix this issue?
