TV not working
Hi,
hoping someone can help.
got up this morning and i get an error message on my tv for all channels saying Channel failed and error message CS2004.
I have tried rebooting and checked all the connections .
Using the app i booked and engineer for tomorrow which was cancelled as the problem has been sorted , It hasnt .
To add insult my 250mb broadband is running at 30/40mbs again have checked connections and rebooted to no avail.
I did make the mistake of ringing Cs to ask why engineer was cancelled,to be told it was a fault at their end . Further into the call he wanted me to reboot my router until i replied that that would cut off the call. Besides which these were all things i tried first before anything else .
