Stream installed & i cannot access TV

I had broadband & stream installed this morning.

5 hours later my broadband is fine but I cannot access any TV services. I am left on a start up screen which says Account Error CS1011.

It was all installed by an Engineer and he said it would connect later in the day.

I am not impressed at the momentm
