Stream box issue

Can’t add subscriptions either through the flex account on the website or through the box itself.

anyone else had this issue?

  • Solved: Used webchat to arrange an engineer visit who swapped out the old stream box for a new one. He then said to contact the webchat again to add a subscription (namely TNT sports) which they were able to do remotely and now all works well.

  • its a common error, one of the forum team is assisting me to try and resolve my issue. 

    Just started the journey, so its not fixed yet. You may well get a message on form a forum team member to help

      I have this issue too. No one from the forum support has ever been in touch. I can't add or remove anything. It took months for them to get around to adding Disney manually. Can someone from VM message me to solve the situation?

  • I’ve also got the same error code. Did they fix a solution?
