Stream / My Flex Plan Issue
I am looking for help with an ongoing issue with the ‘My Flex Plan’ page. I consistently get the message:
Sorry, something's gone wrong!
We're having some technical issues so we can't add this right now. Please try again later.
I have tried to add services such as Disney+ through live chat and received the activation emails, but I have been unable to complete setup due to the loading issue.
Does anyone have a fix for this?
