I added sky sports through upgrade button on my virgin media last month for £18.75 per month. Since then when I click check for upgrades it loads page with your order is on its way. Spoke to live chat who said there is a glitch in their system which is why sky sports not added and advised me to add it again. However now asking for £38.75 per month to add it which I'm obviously not willing to pay.
This is standard poor behaviour for VM, I am in the same position. The website is clearly wrong as it offers one price for tv upgrades and the box offers another.
Sky sports £18.75, TNT Sports £10 etc but you will never actually get these services at this price sadly
I can't see any of my upgrade options because stuck on page below. If Virgin are not going to honour the deal for sky sports for £18.75 per month that I ordered, when will this page go away and will be able to see upgrade options especially as contract is close to ending?
