Sky Sports and TNT add on issue.

I am looking to add Sky Sports and TNT sports for the price advertised on the Virgin media app, Sky Sports- £18.75, TNT Sports- £10, but I am having some issues. 

When you go on to the my Virgin media app, it states fancy a change/upgrade. 

When adding these channels at the advertised price, the basket price takes away any current discounts you have as a VOLT customer. 

All I want to do is pay the additional cost of £18.75 (sky sports) and £10 (TNT sports), but there seems to be some kind of glitch.

Is anyone able to help me with this?
