Ads are showing, but when the show returns, the screen freezes on the last frame of the ad, but the show audio restarts.
you then have to go through a process of rewind/forward wind to try and restart the show.
it’s very frustrating.
does anyone have the same problem ?
Did the reset - but still seeing this intermittently.
stv player - watching Under The Bridge - seems to lock up on the regular post office ad .
Which actual box do you have Hihi567 ?
You're posting in the Stream forum which is for the Stream (Flex) box.
Tom asked you to, 'do a reset on the box (keeping your recordings)', however there isn't a keep your recordings option on the Stream boxes - they don't have a hard drive and therefore can't record.
Did you perform a hard or soft reset, and did you perform this via a sequence of button presses, or via the Stream reset option under System> Settings?
