Stv player

So can load stv player ok but when trying to watch any programs the screen goes black and nothing plays. Same on the stv app on my phone... but if i use a different WiFi source or Vodafone network it works on my phone.  Only when using it through virgin media broadband it doesn't work. I reported it yesterday but still isn't working.  Anyone else having same problem with Stv app? I've got v6 box...

      After contacting Virgin Media 3 times thankfully the issue has been resolved
