Itvx/stv player v6

Itvx and STV player app won’t work. I have rebooted V6 box. Was working fine till 2 days ago!!  
STV player error message NX-1

and ITX just crashed and says try again 

any help would be appreciated

    Do other OnDemand & streamiing services work? Are you just trying to load the app from either the CatchUp or "all apps" menus? Or are you choosing a programme from the EPG/menu system and selecting "watch from ITV-X"?

      Hi all other apps etc are all ok. No matter how I try to watch anything on Itvx or STV player.  I’ve tried all the different avenues none work. Done all the usual rebooting etc.

        Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with ITV X and STV, we understand the confusion and appreciate you raising this via the forums. Welcome to the community.

         

        We appreciate you adding the extra information around the issue experienced. Have you tried these on other devices?  Do you have more than one set top box in the property? If so, do you get the same error with these app's on the other box?
