Itvx/stv player v6

I have the same problem,stopped working Friday. Tried all the usual suggestions,rebooting box ,router and network connections in settings.ITVX has the same something went wrong try again notice. All other apps are fine as is catch up on other channels.

    Sorry to hear about the issue with your Apps.
    I can look into this for you and see what we can do from here.
    If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
