Netflix and Disney Ending Subs? Who?

Hey due to the fact that a Virgin Complaints manager told me, despite all literature suggesting otherwise around 10% flex credits, that I'm not eleigible for that credit (must be my shoe size).  I'm looking to move Disney to o2 for £2 credit off bill.

The manager told me that for both Disney and Netflix to cancel these services, this is done direct with the providers. My investigations so far today suggets this is not the case.  The manager is due to call me back at 7pm on a view other areas he agreed to get additional training in so looking to see if anyone else knows for definite that this is not via Virgin and not wth the providers?

  • Hi sharpmurray

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry for any confusion here.

To cancel Netflix and Disney, we can do it for you (not via the Community as it's a package change) but via either calling/messaging on Whatsapp. You can also reach out to Netflix/Disney and they can cancel the accounts for you as well.

  • Not with respect to your main question, but with respect to your shoe size! You said in your previous thread your TV package was Mega TV. That means you are not a Flex TV customer - the two are completely different packages. That will be why the Flex credits don't apply to you.
