Is Sky Sports UHD available on Flex TV hardware?

I have the Virgin Media flex box and I've successfully added Sky Sports HD but when I added Sky Sports UHD as a separate addon, the channels just won't work. I've added it to my account through the TV interface but the channels just say I need to subscribe. I've spoken to technical support numerous times with no luck. 

It suddenly occurred to me...are these channels even available on the Flex box? Technical support haven't suggested otherwise and the only indication I can find that this may be the issue is a thread on this site where someone was unable to add Sky Cinema UHD. 

The full channel list for Flex is listed here and no UHD channels are listed but I'd have expected either my purchase to be prevented or the tech team to point it out to me!

    Hi chrigil,

    I've moved your post from the TV360 forum to the Stream forum.  

    Flex uses the Stream box which is TV over the internet (IP based) and not the TV360 which uses the cable inrafstructure to provide the TV channels.  Although Stream (Flex) and TV360 boxes both use the Horizon interface they are completely different. The Stream (Flex) boxes don't have hard drives so you can't save recording to those boxes.

    The /flex-channel-guide that you linked to does actually show the Sky Sports UHD channels (532 to 535) available as a Premium add on (premium add ons are coloured blue)

    VM are aware of an adding affecting Sky Sports UHD channels and it's being investigated as per the  Staff post <Here>

        It's good to see that your issue has been fixed <Here> and Sky Sports UHD is now working on your Flex box.

    See other thread, but the Sky Sports UHD channels are on that channel list from 532 to 535.
