CS2400 error

I keep getting a CS2400 error whilst listening to BBC 6 Music, it seems to happen at least once a day. I'm using the app on a VM stream box connected via WiFi. I've checked diagnostics which states everything seems ok.

    Message on screen states 'Sorry BBC Sounds isn't launching at the moment. Please try again later.'

    It's happened again, yesterday once and today. So I can't really mark your reply as a solution.

    Please can you get this sorted out.

      Hi Stefan,

      How are you accessing BBC Radio 6 Music?

      Are you doing this via the BBC Radio6 Music shortcut on channel 909 in the EPG to the Sounds app?   Or via the shortcut to the Sounds app on channel 913 in the EPG?   Or directly from the Sounds app in the Apps folder?
