ITVX not launching - error CS2400

Question

For the past few months ITVX hasn’t launched. I have tried on numerous occasions just in case there was an issue which was being investigated. But it has persisted. All I get every time is the message ‘Sorry, ITVX isn’t launching at the moment. Please try again later’

this is accompanied by the code CS2400

i have rebooted the set top box and router several times, but to no avail

Thank you for your post and welcome to our forums 🎉&nbsp;I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the ITVX app, can you please confirm your box has the latest update?&nbsp;Does the app work on other devices for you? Are you able to factory reset to see if this helps?&nbsp;Zoie

Hi. The set top box informed me that its update was complete a few days ago. &nbsp;I have no other devices on which I could try to launch ITVX. I also noticed that all my recordings had been deleted

Hi IanMatt,If the 360 box has deleted all your recordings and planned recordings without you doing a factory reset and selecting the reformat hard drive option I would say you need the box replacing.&nbsp;

Hi. I have tested all the other Apps, and only ITVX is affected&nbsp;
