Hi Robert37,
Have you tried following the instructions from the online help for /tv-error-codes/cs2400/ ?
Also if you swap the boxes around does it fix the the CS2400 error, or does the issue follow the box to the new location? If it works in the new location, does it still work on the other box?

Thanks I’ll give it a try.
You could try rebooting the box, if it doesn't work you could also try a factory reset using the keep recordings option sometimes that works.

Or subscribe to Netflix independent of VM eg. Smart tv. More reliable and gives you more flexibility over sub changes.
