Really bad lag past 2 weeks

Hi all.

past few weeks I’ve had a really bad connection…to the point it is unplayable. I’ve had issues before with power levels and this feels similar if not worse. I’ll post my router network stats below.

I’ve shown countless times proof I’ve had ongoing issues with my internet for the last 2-3 months. This graphs shows spikes when I’m asleep not using the internet.
Although my internet worked for general phone connectivity it’s been useless for gaming, which is why I got the 1gb package. Having complained on here and shown proof of signal issues, virgin refused to acknowledge a fault or even offer compensations. The issue was intermittent but worse during peaks hours, so suspect this was at virgin’s end. I’m at the end of my contact paying £82 just for internet. I was offered the same package for £60…I asked for a slower speed package and was informed the £60 1gb package is cheaper then all the lower speed packages (how that works I don’t know) obviously I refused this and put 30 days notice to cancel. Since then I’ve been hounded with calls (which I refuse to answer) when checking my broadband via the app it’s says my internet is temporally disconnected (even though it’s still on) and says I’m restricted due to an overdue bill (which was paid on time).
while a lot of people will be happy with there service, be warned that it can months to sort out issues, this wasn’t the first time I had issues but will be the last.
