No TV service 2 weeks

I've had 15 days of no TV service.  There have been 5 'fix' dates and no fix.  This saga drags on and on.  I can't see how it takes over 2 weeks to fix this and still no end date.  When it will be.  Xmas is coming up and it will ruin it, if I can't get the TV back on.  Someone at Virgin please help.

    No TV  service for 15 days now in my area.  I've had 5 consecutive 'FIX' dates from Virgin over the last 2 weeks, but no information as to what is happening.  It's driving me mad and I don't want this to continue over Xmas. Please help, someone.

      Hi Pax617,

      Sorry to hear you have had no TV service for 5 weeks despite have given 5 fix times, have wqe advised what the issue is?
