PS5 low D/L speed

Hi

Just wondered if anyone can shed any light. My PS5 has been getting D/L speeds of around 60-90mb and I am on a 500mb line via WiFi. 

i have done a Sam Know speed test on various devices located in the same room as the PS5 and they all get 300mb+

Today I connected the PS5 to the hub 5 directly with a Ethernet cable and the speed was still 90mb. 

Does anyone know if I need to open any ports to get a higher speed?

I am at a loss why the PS5 is always low either WiFi or cabled.
