poor connections on MS teams and netflix

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out in hopes of finding a solution to my frustrating connection issues.

For the past 8 weeks (previously everything was working fine, for over 2 years), I've been experiencing the following problems:

- During MS Teams calls, people often can't hear me, and sometimes my voice sounds low and robotic.
- Email browsing occasionally fails.
- When streaming Netflix, the audio cuts out, as if the connection is weak.
- These issues occur on both my work PC and personal PC.
- The WiFi signal shows full strength on all devices.

I've taken all the recommended steps, including router resets and other checks. Last week, a VM Media engineer replaced my Hub3 with a WiFi 6 router, but the issues persist, making it impossible to work from home effectively. All ethernet cables have been changed, in case there is back feed going to the router. The VM engineer checked the external connection and there were no issues.

I sit right next to my router, so it's not just a WiFi issue. Even when I use an Ethernet cable, the same problems occur.

For reference, I have the M350 package.

I started the BQM test earlier, please see results so far:

Please see speed test below:

Any assistance would be highly appreciated, Thank you

That is a horrendous BQM, with far too much packet loss.  Lets see some more evidence as below.

Try checking with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub.

Also run a wired speed test on www.samknows.com/realspeed and post the results.

      Once done we can comment.

As an aside, for work purposes I would suggest your use a cabled connection for best results.

The think broadband speed test is run over a zscaler VPN,
that totally clouds the state of your internet connection.

Best not to stream video or use MS Teams over VPN.

Strange as your stats look fine, did you reboot the Hub just before gathering the stats?

As foe Samknows, you need to run the FULL tests so it shows the upload, latency and jitter stats.

Also I've noted the Network log is missing, so you need to remove the CM-MAC address before posting.
