Connection feels faster if I restart the hub 5

It seems that if I restart my Hub5 my connection feels more responsive in online fps games.

Could it be a RAM issue in the router? where the router doesn't properly flush the ram properly?

    or VM router mode is just  a problem and you should use modem mode
