360 box not working - welcome and restarts

I have a 360 and 2 360 minis and my main box has stopped working, it comes up with the welcome page and then it clicks and restarts to do the same thing again - can’t watch any recordings or record anything due to this issue and I need a replacement box or an engineer to come out - we’ve followed the guides to reset but still no luck

    Have you tried the following?

    Turn off the 360 at the switch;  then on the box  hold down both the power button and the + button at the same time.

    Whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds turn on the 360 again.

    Hopefully then the box should reboot, the power button will turn blue, and it should  reset and boot up normally

      Yeah I’ve tried this already and it just reboots, gets stuck on the welcome screen and clicks
