Wrong Email on Sign-Up

Hoping someone can help..

Used the wrong email address on sign-up & to order wifi box which is due to arrive today. But no confirmation email/tracking info worried the package may have been diverted without my knowledge if they tried delivering when no one was in.

Please could someone advise. Thank you
