Can someone explain this? Is this genuine? and does this mean I need to change from logging in with my third party address and go back to the ntlworld address? as I am being told by numerous people at Virgin they are not aware this email sent and to keep using third party address to login, this is all very confusing 😕

The change applied to one of my secondary email accounts. I haven't changed it back to a third party one, however I currently cannot reset the password for the account as it is asking for a third party email address to be set. There does seem to be a lot of confusion amongst the VM staff as to what is going on. I am awaiting an answer on this question in our private VIP forum
So a staff member on here is now telling me that we use the ntlworld email addresses to login to My Virgin Media but the third party for email access, I am totally confused by all of this
