Re: What Username to Login ????

Is this genuine? Does this mean I need to change my username back to the original ntlworld email address? Virgin are saying they no nothing regarding this email and to continue logging in with third party username, all very confusing and frustrating 😕

    Yes it is genuine.  You don't need to do anything, the change happens automatically.  You now need to use the original Ntlworld email address to sign into the My Virgin Media account and VM webmail.

      So why do Virgin say I need third party still? Did you change yours?
