These items are to be returned. However I do not know what the Powerline Adaptors are? Anyone have a photo?
These are the two white boxes, one big and one small, and are no longer used by VM. They were replaced by the Pods quite some time ago. They also seem have a penchant to overheat and go bang!..

Luckily we found the 2 adaptors which are similar to the photo provided below but I think they had been updated; they had proved to be useless to us in any case. They have now been returned to Virgin (who didn't supply both serial numbers either).
