Virgin service going to the dogs.
Today I received an email informing me that virgin intend closing my email account which I have held for over 30 years. I have contacted customer services who confirmed this and are unable to help as virgin are closing all email accounts. To say I am angry and frustrated by this is an understatement, having to change the contact details on numerous web sites I use is going to be a long drawn out task, hopefully I do not miss any important accounts for banks, insurance etc.
This is on top of the chronic virgin 360 update which has made no improvement to the service provided only making a retrograde step. With the limit to 1 controller per set top box and the size of the remote is terrible especially for those of us with large hands and fat fingers.
I'm now seriously considering leaving virgin when my current contract ends.
Is this only me or are there others out there who feel the same.
