Virgin.net email hacked

Hello Virgin Support Team,

My virgin.net email account has been hacked and the person has full access to my email account, they are attempting to reset my passwords for other accounts and apps associated with the email address.

I have had this email address since time began and I had set it to pull email using POP3 to my Gmail account until it eventually expired however it has continued to work until now however it has now become compromised and I have no means of securing the account.

Please can you assist and terminate the account as soon as possible.

    Its certainly something I can look into with yourself, to see if we can't get this sorted for you and get you back into your emails, for this I will be sending you a private message to go over some information.

      Thanks for your help and support Joe, I'll let you know once the accounts are deleted
