Hello, I have tried to access my Virgin Media account with the Blueyonder email that is linked to it, but when I reset my password it still isn't accepted. I have received emails to say that the password has changed , but still no success in logging in

Hello, I'm not really understanding what you're asking me. I need access to my Virgin Media account to get codes to change to 3rd party Blueyonder emails. The blueyonder accounts have been in use for years and we cannot get access to them and we can't get the necessary codes as a result.
