Unable to use NTLWORLD email account

hi all,

Need some help, I previously had 2 NTLWORLD email addresses, I've had them for a long time.

I've managed to reset the password on one but can't seem to get the other working.

I can't find it on any of the NTLWORLD portals either, how do I do this?

    First question to ask/confirm is, are you currently a paying customer for VM broadband?

    NTL became part of Virgin Media back in 2006 so there is no "NTLWORLD" portal. VM customers can access their ntlworld.com email accounts from this link. https://mail2.virginmedia.com/  

    If you do not have a Virgin Media broadband account you definitely need to read this statement from VM

    VM no longer issues email accounts and the whole future of their email service (which includes Ntlworld accounts) is unclear.

    To be honest there is little point in you trying to revive these old email accounts.  Even if you can do that they are not likely to be around for much longer.
