Unable to sign in account

Hi I'm unable to sign into my account, it is my first and only account with Virgin and I have not changed my email address. I receive emails but it says it does not recognise the email address when I try to sign in?

    I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with your account! Can I first check, have you registered the account before and been able to access it?
