To help with trouble shooting the cause of the problem it would be great if you could give a bit of context.
Do you get that error when :
- when you first sign in to the Virgin Media Webmail service on the VM website or
- when you try to access your VM emails via a third party email app / client such as Outlook?
The reasons I ask are:
- that "authentication error" sounds more like the type of error you get with email app or client and
- the fact that you can access your VM account on other devices it suggests there is not an underlying problem with the account itself.
Post back with that clarification and you should get some constructive advice on how to get the problem resolved,

Hi I am trying to log in using Google as the search engine. I have tried other search engines and tried to log in as a guest on my Chrome book.

Simms You don't need to use a search engine just use this direct link to the VM webmail page: https://mail.virginmedia.com/
Then sign in with the relevant email address and password.
