Unable to get NTLWorld email through App today

"Is there a known issue today......... with getting email via Apps etc. on phones/tablets?"

I only use my ntlworld email account to receive notification emails from this forum.  They have all been coming through to my Thunderbird email client on my laptop and to  my K9 and Gmail mail apps on my android phone.  I have received  several already this morning.

If you are not getting any error messages back that sounds more like an issue with the app. My suggestion would be to remove the ntlworld account from the app. Then add the email account back into the app to see if that corrects the issue.

Sorry to hear of the email issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

Have you been able to follow the advice offered by coenoby and resolve the issue? We also have help here for a whole range of email relates queries.

Hi, I'm not getting update notifications here any more but just to say it all started working again the day after.  Thanks all.
