Sorry to hear about your My VM and email access.
There's been some changes this week to My VM 👉 virg.in/myVM - it's now been linked with My O2 to help customers manage their accounts. As part of the change you will be asked to set up the account and verify it with an email (and/or text verification).
Have you been able to complete verification? Or has this not been possible for you? (For example, if you need access to the email account via My VM where the verification is being sent?)
If you've received an error message or code, please let us know about this too! (It may be also helpful if you include any screenshots, without personal information into the thread.)
