The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider.

I have this come up on my virginmedia account when i log in online. I am still receiving e mail but one of my clients has said when he sends an email he gets a delivery fail to sender. When i check my email accounts all of them have one account name listed this one has two of the same see attached. I have not changed anything what can i do to correct this and what information do I need to enter.

    Can you please try removing the address from your contacts, then adding it again?
