Server Password issue

I am trying to set up my email accounts on a new PC but the password I have used previously seems to be rejected.

I am using outlook and the email address is found but when I use the password the authentication fails.

I am happy to reset the password but cannot see anywhere on the website where this is possible.

any ideas?

    There is some sort of catastrophe at Virgin today and people can't logi. I am having issues and agent couldn't fix it and said try again tonight. Still can't log in!
