on a desktop I use webmail - mail.virgin media.com from Chrome using Windows.
I also use an iPad to access my email. Both show that all my emails in the ‘Sent’ folder prior to 28/1/2025 have disappeared, although there were 2 additional emails in that folder, one from 2022 and another from 2021, but they disappeared 24 hours ago, after I first reported the problem.
Emails sent from 28th January seem to be all in place, at the moment.
Have you any ideas where they have disappeared to? I was subject to the email problem which affected lots of people - in Jul 2023. All me emails were correctly restored after that.
My Inbox seems unaffected at the moment.
I have been a Virgin customer for a long time (hence the ntlworld email address) and the email has usually been ok. I did have some problems with the 403 Forbidden screen in 2024, but Tehnical Support fixed that for me.
How can this be progressed?
