Sending to my ntlworld email bounces with recipient's domain does not exist - [logged under F011775373]

Several people have reported (and I've just tested) that sending an email to my ntlworld acount bounces with:

Your message couldn't be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist.

I can log into my email as normal and can send from the account. Anyone else having this and any ideas and when it might be fixed?

Thank you for coming back to us. We're very sorry that this issue returned. Are you still having an issue with this?

  • I have been trying to find a solution for my work emails being blocked by VM to my ntlworld account and came across these messages. My work emails are on a Microsoft email account for my own company and I have no knowledge of there ever being any problems or spam connected so why are they being blocked?

This also happens if I use the web version of my ntlworld account and send an email with a copy to me for record purposes. The email is sent but my copy never arrives and it seems odd for it to be blocked as the email has originated in the VM account to which I am sending it.

Any help or suggestions will be welcome.

      Hi Calchar,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with receiving emails to your ntlworld account from your Microsoft work account.

As this is in relation to a works email address, it's worth speaking to your works IT Team. They may have limitations in place for sending/receiving to/from external email address.

      Many thanks,
